Booking Information

All lettings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 11am.

Nantcol has survived over the past 40 years by the ethos 'you leave the house as you would expect to find it'. However we have a Housekeeper who will come in at the end of each letting.

A deposit of 50% of the rental is payable in advance to secure a booking. We will write to you 6 weeks before your booking enclosing details about Nantcol and asking for the remaining 50% of your booking fee.

Rental Rates for 2011 - 2012

November 2011 - March 2012 - £450 per week.

Spring, Summer and early autumn - £650 per week

Peak season - July, August, Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year - £750 - per week.

Long weekends (3 days) are available, please enquire for prices and availability.

Nantcol is closed in January and February.

Rates are inclusive of fuel for the Rayburn stove and cleaning. Electricity is charged for by reading the meter on arrival and departure and the cost deducted from your deposit. Coal for the open fires is also charged at cost.

Linen is supplied for all beds except the cot. Towels for swimming are not supplied and should be brought by guests. There is plenty of kitchen linen.
